The Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE) Central Asian Youth Network (CAYN) Seminar 2019 “Dialogue. Data. Digital Security.”

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe’s (OSCE) Programme Office in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan is pleased to invite undergraduate students of all academic fields Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan to apply to become part of the OSCE Central Asian Youth Network. This year's seminar will be held from 25 to 27 June 2019 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The seminar will bring together promising students from OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation in Central Asia to discuss how dialogue help promote security, the use of data in governance and business as well as the future of digital security. Training sessions will enhance participants’ critical thinking skills as they share perspectives on ways to address threats and challenges in the region through international co-operation. The seminar also aims to stimulate creativity and foster friendship among the current and future leaders from the region. Seminar participants will be selected based on the quality of their application and their community involvement. 
CAYN's working languages are English and Russian; applicants must be proficient in both.

Successful candidates will be invited (all expenses paid) to attend the seminar in Almaty and participate in panel discussions as well as interactive group exercises, with their fellow Central Asian students, CAYN alumni, and seminar facilitators. We look forward to welcoming you to Almaty!
