About the Job: The Human Resources Graduate will have a rotational programme and work for different HR functions to contribute to the successful execution of PepsiCo’s HR core processes and career frameworks.

Accountabilities:
- Role holder will own the delivery of projects or processes which contribute to the strategic priorities of SWE
- 2-3 assignments during 12 month period
- Assignments will be from different areas across HR, such as administration, talent management, culture, development
- Objectives will be clearly defined for each assignment and feedback provided to facilitate learning

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Master’s or Bachelor Degree pursuing Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
  • 6-12 months background in a professional experience within the HR de`partment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on a variety of tasks/projects and balancing multiple projects
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ad hoc support: additional responsibilities may include synthesizing data, literature reviews for benchmarking
  • Demonstrated Competence in the areas of:

    • Adapting to Change – enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; learns quickly when facing new problems
