Office Manager



  • Receive, direct and reply telephone messages and fax messages
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Managing filing systems; organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
  • Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;


  • Citizenship of Azerbaijan Republic
  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree
  • Female
  • Age 22-35
  • Required Qualifications: Fluent in Azerbaijan, Russian and English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills knowledge(including Word & Excell) Presentable looks Hardworking
