Account Manager.


Main responsibilities:

- Solutions Revenue, Maintenance revenue and Contribution to Margin in his Territory

- Establishing and maintaining strong and consistent partnership relationships with his Customers

- Marketing (selling) strategic, solutions as SO's (Solution Offerings) on priority.

- Customer Satisfaction


Basic Sales Tasks:

  1. Sales development: Improve the needed Competencies and Skills 
  2. Writing and compiling Commercial proposals
  3. Negotiating with Customer about conditions and contracts
  4. Closing the contracts
  5. Monitor/follow-up the contract fulfillment (delivery, installation, implementation, etc.)
  6. Invoicing and follow-up Accounts Receivable
  7. Delivery proofing documentation completion



-          University degree

-          Motivation letter

-          Ability to Listen and Learn

-          Have analytical thinking for understanding customer of industry business processes

-          Basic understanding of IT architectures, methods and tools

-          understand the IT market and trends

-          Forecasting

-          Preparation of reports

-          Proposal writing

-          Knowledge of the different types of contracts

-          Time Management


Language Skills

-          Azerbaijan: verbal and in reading/writing

-          English: verbal and in reading/writing

-          Russian: verbal and in reading/writing


General Computer Operational Skills

-          Spreadsheet tools (e.g. MS Excel)

-          Word processing tools (e.g. MS Word)

-          Presentation tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint)

-          MS Windows usage
