We are looking for a strong communicative candidate who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties.

● Support the recruitment process, coordinate with recruitment channels and agencies if needed;
● Support in structural and organizational changes organizational structure planning, preparation of job descriptions;
● Update internal databases with new employee information;
● Implement the full on-boarding program for newcomers, coordination with third party company on new employee registration in e-gov system;
● Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data;
● Address and support all employee queries;
● Management of the job ads at various job boards, careers pages and social networks;
● Support effective implementation of the Development process in the company;
● Support in carrying out of Performance Management process in related department;
● Support in vendor management and all documentation process;
● And/or any other projects assigned by the Management.

Required qualifications & skills:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant field;
● Previous experience as HR Generalist/Coordinator/Specialist or as HR Business Partner;
● Knowledge of Employment Law;
● Experience in an international/start-up company is a plus;
● HR qualification is a plus;
● Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment;
● Experience of managing multiple projects/programs of work at any one time;
● Strong written and verbal Communication Proficiency;
● Detail orientedness;
● Organizational skills;
● Fluent English.
