Vacancy for HR Intern at UFAZ, in Baku, Azerbaijan

Position in the organizational structure: Attached to the HR Department of the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), under the supervision of the HR Specialist of UFAZ.
Duration of internship: 3 months

Brief description of UFAZ: UFAZ is an ambitious project initiated by the Presidents of the French Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2014. It is administered by
the historic university of Azerbaijan - the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) from the Azerbaijani side and the prestigious University of Strasbourg (Unistra) from the French side. 
UFAZ delivers 2 national diplomas (French and Azerbaijani) at the Bachelor level in thefollowing specialties: Computer Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Geophysics, Oil and Gas engineering. Tuition language is English.

Job Description:
 Providing support to HR specialist in daily work
 Assisting HR to prepare and amend employment contracts and independent contracts (for invited professors)
 Supporting with documentation exchanges between UFAZ and ASOIU HR department
 Drafting HR letters and relevant documentation (for leave requests, visa issues, position changes, etc.)
 Supporting with migration issues
 Supporting HR in the arrangement of internal and external events
 Assisting HR to prepare (drafting, printing, providing signature of timekeepers) timesheet for each department
 Supporting HR with filling documents and creating each personal employee folder

 Final year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or
relevant field
 Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English language
 Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong motivation to constant learning and adaptability
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
 Solid organizational skills and attention to details
